Q:  What is your delivery and shipping policy?

Digital products are ready for download after your payment has been cleared, and can be found in the Downloads section of your member account.

Barring any technical or supply difficutly, physical products will be shipped within 1 business day of payment.


We use various shipping partners to delivery your physical products. We blanket our own delivery policy using each of their own respevtive policies and procedures for delivery and remediation of delivery failures.
