There are multiple answers to this question, depending on what you've purchased.
Regarding Music or DVDs: There are no refunds granted on music/DVDs regardless of the situation under which they were purchased.
- Some exceptions may apply regarding the purchase of edited and non-edited albums. In each case, the consumer is expected to return the incorrect product and will have to pay the shipping costs.
- After receipt of the product, the replacement album (must be the same artist and title) will be sent to the consumer.
- Again, the return shipping and handling will not be covered by Music Distribution Inc.

Regarding Affiliate or Member Kits: We accept refunds on all kits and business supplies up to one year from the time of purchase, as long as the kit is in reusable, resalable condition.
- A 25% restocking fee applies.
- Merriam-Webster defines reusable as "capable of being used again or repeatedly."
- Personalized items cannot be sold to anyone else because they contain your printed information on them. As such, personalized portions of kits cannot be returned.
Logo Merchandise: Refunds accepted on products in good condition, as long as the merchandise is not personalized.
- A 25% restocking fee applies. This fee is based on the price paid at time of purchase.
- In the case of personalized logo merchandise, no refund can be issued.
Gift cards or Account Credits: We cannot issue refunds for gift cards or account credits.
- Gift cards are personalized to each affiliates downline. Personalized goods do not qualify for refund.
- Because of the enormous amount of promotions and free giveaways we've done in the past with credits, we cannot offer refunds or a 'cash-in' option.
